Rural Industry Training and Extension Ltd is the lead provider of Skill Sets training in the rural industry. The term Skill Sets is when you choose units from various qualifications and combine them together to suit the client needs.
Clients can obtain the required individual units of competencies from any of qualifications RITE is registered to deliver. These include Certificate I in Business, Certificate I in Rural Operations, Certificate I in Work Readiness, Certificate II in Agriculture, Certificate III in Agriculture (Beef Production) or Certificate IV in Agriculture.
Skill Sets training is of a high standard, flexible and, in many instances, operated as on-site training as a fee-for-service plan. RITE services rural remote areas of Australia and is also capable of delivering training on an international scale, providing our clients with the opportunity to gain qualifications with on the job training, benefiting both the employer and employee.
RITE ‘s operations have expanded into the Northern Territory and Western Australia, delivering skills set training to various properties, organisations and communities whilst also experiencing keen interest from overseas organisations.
The RITE program is beneficial to employers that would like their employees to have formal qualifications, building upon the skills that they use in completing daily tasks.
